Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp grass fed gelatin
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup (use Organic Stevia Drops for a sugar-free alternative)
  • 1 tsp of Gandalf Hawaiian Spirulina powder
  • 3 tsp of Foods Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG)
  • Chocolate or ice moulds (bear, or heart moulds optional)

Direction:

    1. Add your lemon juice and rice malt syrup to a small pan and place on the stove on a low heat.
    2. Once it’s warm, it will be enough to properly combine the rice malt syrup. Stir until combined.
    3. Take off the heat to add your filtered water, Gandalf spirulina, PHGG and the gelatin.
    4. Stir in until it is completely dissolved.
    5. Fill your moulds and place in the fridge to set for an hour.
