Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp grass fed gelatin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup (use Organic Stevia Drops for a sugar-free alternative)
- 1 tsp of Gandalf Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- 3 tsp of Foods Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG)
- Chocolate or ice moulds (bear, or heart moulds optional)
Direction:
- Add your lemon juice and rice malt syrup to a small pan and place on the stove on a low heat.
- Once it’s warm, it will be enough to properly combine the rice malt syrup. Stir until combined.
- Take off the heat to add your filtered water, Gandalf spirulina, PHGG and the gelatin.
- Stir in until it is completely dissolved.
- Fill your moulds and place in the fridge to set for an hour.
