Free delivery on orders of $75 or more before taxes.

All online orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) following their receipt, excluding holidays. However, unexpected situations may arise.

Please note that processing delays may occur over which we have no control. This means that VieSun Inc. cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by issues with the carrier. Therefore, circumstances may affect the estimated delivery date.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.

All online orders are shipped via Canada Post or a recognized carrier. All our shipments are traceable with a tracking number provided at the time of shipment.

Out of stock product:

If a product you have purchased is out of stock when processing your order, it will not be shipped to you, and no charges will be incurred for that item.

Delivery time:

Generally, orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time payment is processed. Delivery will take between 3 and 14 business days, depending on your region. In the rare event that something interrupts or extends this process, you will be notified of your order status by email.

What if my package appears lost?

You can contact the Canada Post team directly by providing your tracking number, which we will provide upon request. They will be able to precisely inform you of your package's whereabouts.

In the very rare case they are unable to locate your package, please contact us via our "contact us" section on our website. Please include your order number, Canada Post or carrier tracking number, your full name, phone number, the name of the product you ordered, and the quantity. We will assist you with the rest of the procedure.
