
Papaya Smoothie
Makes 2-3 servings
Ingredients
- One ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
- 750 ml (3 cups) apple juice
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) plain Greek yogurt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) juice of 1 lime
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Gandalf™ spirulina powder
- 1-2 drops of peppermint oil
Direction
- Cut the papaya in half lengthwise and remove the black seeds. Peel and discard the skin and cut the flesh into pieces.
- Combine all the ingredients in blender until smooth.
- A common choice for breakfast or a healthy snack.
