
Energy balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cap puffed quinoa
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon spirulina
Preparation
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Take about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape into small balls.
3. Store in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them cool
