Contest rules

Eligibility:

ORGANIZER: The contest is held by VieSun Inc. ("Organizer" or "Contest Organizer")

The Contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the legal age of majority at the time of entry. Excluded: directors, officers, executives, employees, agents, mandataries and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent company, any company, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to it, any participating store, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers of goods and services in connection with the contest, as well as members of the immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother, legal or common-law spouse, regardless of where they live) of the above-mentioned persons or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related or not).

Participation / no purchase required:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning. A winner will be named and awarded a prize of a value determined by the contest. Fill out the form found at www.spirulinegandalf.com/en/contest by completing all fields and any other information requested. All data entry fields on the entry form must be completed unless indicated as optional.

Limit - Entrants must comply with the following limits or they may be disqualified: Complete all fields requested in the entry form. Limit one entry per entrant's email address.

Odds of winning and number of prizes:

Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of entries received during the Contest Period.

Manufacturer's sole warranty. No warranty other than that of the manufacturer or supplier of the prize will apply. The Organizer has no responsibility for the prize once awarded. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of use of the prize supplier.

Prize claims:

In order to be declared a winner, any selected entrant must A) be contacted by email at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer within 10 days of the draw. Any selected entrant who cannot be reached following appropriate and reasonable efforts by the Contest Organizer during this period will be disqualified and a new draw will be held to award the prize. In the event that a selected entrant is contacted by email, he/she must respond in accordance with the instructions provided in the email, if any. Any prize notification email followed by a statement that the message could not be delivered will result in the disqualification of the entrant and the selection of a new entrant; b) Sign the Declaration and Release Form that will be sent to him/her by the Organizer and return it to the Organizer within 15 days of the date of its receipt (c) have correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, including mechanical assistance; (d) upon request and in a timely manner, provide photo identification; (e) the prize will be sent to you within 15 days of the end of the Contest and receipt of your Declaration and Release Form. Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in these rules or to accept the prize will result in disqualification of the selected entrant. In such a case, the Contest Organizer may, at its discretion, cancel the prize or conduct a new draw among the remaining eligible entries until an entrant is selected and declared a winner. If no entrant is declared a winner within 60 days of the original draw, the prize will be forfeited.

Refusal to accept a prize

A selected entrant's refusal to accept a prize as described in these Contest Rules releases the Contest Organizer from any and all obligations related to the prize to that person.

Awarding of prizes

No prize will be awarded until the winner has been confirmed. No prize is transferable. It must be accepted as awarded without substitution in cash or otherwise, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of like kind and value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize (or portion thereof) as set forth in these rules.

Prize Claim Costs

Any costs or expenses incurred by the winners in connection with claiming or using a prize are the responsibility of the winners.

Limited Prizes

In no event will the Contest Organizer be required to award more prizes or award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.
